Life aboard a sailboat not much bigger than some people's walk-in closets has its many challenges. But the challenges are of the miniature, dollhouse variety. There is next to nothing to clean. There are no major decisions to be made about what to wear. Your every step is preplanned because there are oh, so few "rooms" to walk to and through.
The challenges are more about how to get along with that other person three feet across from you. It's a good thing I like mine--my person. He's tall, he likes a lot of attention from a lot of different people, and he cannot do two things at once, like googling inflatable dinghies while answering some simple question like, "What do you feel like for dinner?" I love him and have for decades. Yes, decades. It blows the mind.
